I authorize Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. to conduct reference checks and gather all information it deems necessary for placement. All information gathered will be used solely for placement purposes. I hereby release Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C., its principles, its employees and their holdings free from liability in relation to information obtained from background and reference verification. I understand that completion and processing of this does not obligate Amai Bebe’ to either hire or place me in any position.I will not accept offers of employment from an Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. client, without going through the usual Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. process for hiring, now or at any time in the future. If I should accept an offer of employment from an Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. client, outside the agency, I understand that I will therefore be liable to Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. for the full payment of the placement fee immediately.
I agree to hold Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. harmless from any claims against it resulting from my conduct, and I agree to fully indemnify Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. for all claims for damages directly or indirectly resulting because of my errors and/ or omissions. I further release Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C. from all claims for personal injuries and damages as a result of this placement, including claims caused by the alleged negligence of Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C.
I understand that in the course of background verification, should any discrepancies be found, I will not be placed by this agency. If at anytime after placement is made, information is discovered that contradicts given facts, the employing family will be notified and immediate termination may result. I will be responsible for payment of the placement fee charged as well as reimbursement of all legal costs incurred in this matter.
I understand that I am not an employee of Amai Bebe’ Nanny Agency, L.L.C.
